I was pleasantly surprised that my size was actually available this time. Checkout was straightforward too. Nothing fancy, and there were maybe a couple tiny things that could be smoother, but overall it was an easy experience.

The sizing was mostly right for me, and the fit felt close overall. The only thing I noticed was that the sleeves ran a little long. A friend had recommended it to me, and I’d say it turned out to be a solid pick.

I had to send back a coat I ordered from Burlington.com because the sizing just didn’t work for me. I’ll be honest, I was expecting the return to be annoying, but the instructions were clear and it was easy to get it packed up and shipped back.

The refund hit my account a few days later without me having to follow up or chase anyone down. I can’t really complain, the coat didn’t work out, but the return process felt straightforward and fair.

I’ve used Burlington a few times and it gets the job done but it can be kind of frustrating. Some pages take a while to load and looking for the right sizes is more annoying than it should be. It’s not a bad site it just feels like it needs a little cleanup

"Always a good mix of finds"
Not gonna lie, I like shopping on burlington.com because there’s always so much to browse. I’ll go on looking for one thing and end up finding clothes, shoes, home stuff, and even things for the kids. The selection seems to change often too, so it doesn’t feel like I’m seeing the same items every time

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a few clothes and some home stuff from Burlington, the quality was better than I thought it would be for the price. The shirts felt soft and decent, not that thin cheap material you sometimes get, and the blanket I picked up was really cozy.

One item did have a tiny loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was mostly just relieved the order was straightforward because I’m tired of having to chase down customer service for every little thing lately. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

I stopped by Burlington today and was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. The floors looked good, the clothes were actually organized, and the fitting rooms felt clean too. It made the whole shopping trip a lot easier and more enjoyable. The staff is clearly doing a good job.
